Dick and Gloria joined the World Reach team following careers in the Air Force, teaching and banking. Dick has been on the misison field for approximately 18 years, and currently serves as the International Director for the Bible Institutes in Europe, Africa and Central and South America. In this capacity, Dick is responsible for identifying and recruiting teachers, teaching at the Institutes, developing/procuring curriculum, scheduling teachers for the various teaching sites, as well as other administrative and management details for the various Bible Institutes. Gloria is a vital part of the team in providing significant office support to meet these responsibilities. She often travels with Dick and gives Bible studies to women.
