Location: The training site is located in the city of Bogota.
Background: This class started in 2008 and consists of 25 advanced pastoral students who are attending the three and a half year curriculum. Fifty non-pastoral students are also attending, however, they are auditing the courses. The class meets during evening hours for a two week time span. Then there is an intervening time period of approximately two months before the next two week course begins. Projects are given to students to complete during the period between courses.
Curriculum Taught: The curriculum consists of the following courses:
Preliminary Courses: Marriage and Family, Teaching Principles and Methods, Bible Doctrine Survey.
Core Courses: Bible Study Methods and Interpretation, Pastoral Care, New Testament Survey, Hermeneutics, Old Testament Survey, Homiletics, Systematic Theology I & II, Church History Survey, Romans, Galatians/James, World View, Evangelism, Marriage and Family, Spiritual Leadership and Discipleship.
Year 2010: Jan - Systematic Theology I, Feb - Homiletics, Mar - Church History survey, May Systematic Theology II, Jul - Galatians/James, Sep - Romans, Nov - World View
